Under DriveCare®, your deductible is $100 for In-Network facilities and $200 for Out-of-Network facilities.

How to take care of your vehicle and examples of what's not covered
Vehicle Neglect or Misuse
Any neglect or misuse of your vehicle is not covered by SilverRock. See your contract for details. Here are a few examples:
  • Failure to maintain your vehicle following the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule
  • Failure to maintain proper fluid levels (this can include oil, coolant, etc.)
  • Failed odometer that is not repaired
How to Take Care of Your Vehicle
Routine maintenance necessary to keep your vehicle running would be your responsibility. Here are a few examples:
  • Oil Changes
  • Tunes Ups
  • Alignments
  • Engine Noise
  • Brake Replacement
  • Filters
  • Flushes
  • Tires
Cosmetic or After-Market Items
Any cosmetic damage, including wear and tear are not covered. In addition, any after-market accessories are not covered. Here are a few examples:
  • Trim
  • Upholstery
  • Moldings
  • Carpeting
  • Paint
  • Bright Metal
These non-covered items are your responsibility and are very easy to take care of and help keep your vehicle running smoothly. This is not an all-inclusive list, please refer to your contract for a full list of terms, conditions, coverages and exclusions.
